WORKSHOP:

Easy Movement to Release Upper Body Tension"

Many people experience pain and tightness in the neck, shoulders and back. In this workshop, we explored ways to release excess tension in body and mind through simple movement and breathing activities, we learned how to improve our awareness of how we move and breathe and the connections throughout our body, and we thought of using our whole body proportionately in movement and how this helps us feel ease in body and mind and a sense of whole-body.
