A Collaborative Gallery Exhibit Between Suburban Prep and
Urban Public High Schools
Photography students have joined forces to tell an important story
about the tale of their two diametrically divergent communities. Students from
the private prep school, Harvard-Westlake, are collaborating with students from
the Humanitas Academy of Art and Technology (HAAT), a public high school in
East LA, to make a 21st century, vibrant documentary portrait of where
"we" live - covering a wide range of territory from wealthy suburbs
to urban blue-collar and under-privileged neighborhoods.
Gallery hours Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 6pm.
