dnj artist, Dan Shepherd, had his public artist talk at dnj Gallery on Saturday, April 12 to speak on his current exhibition Blinded by Science: Alaska/California Collection. A respected scientist with an expansive knowledge of plants, Shepherd discussed his initial inspiration for his work, his photographic process, and how he was able to successfully blend his two passions, photography and nature, into his art.
